The Umrah is physically demanding and should be undertaken only by those who are fit enough to perform the rites. However, if adequate preparations are made, the disabled Muslims can fulfil their wish of performing Umrah. .
For now a lady can travel for Umrah without Mahram as per current Saudi Govt guidelines (subject change).
For the Umrah Visa you require scanned copies of valid passport minimum six months remaining to expire from return date, passport photo, pan card
Makkah and Madinah cities both have hotels starting from budget , 2 star, 3 star, 4 star 5 star and luxury end hotel accommodations. Selection totally depends on your budget.
For daily use the pilgrims can fill their personal bottles from Haram. Packed Zam Zam water to take along to your country is available at the airport at a nominal cost.
No, It is not necessary / mandatory to visit Madinah during an Umrah
It all depends on what you want and the package you paid for; for this, you can easily coordinate with Kaaba and Haram and just let us know about your wish to stay in a room with a soothing view of the Kaabah.

- No, Non-Muslims are not allowed to enter Makkah but are allowed to enter medinah
Payment is required in full for visa processing & will be non-refundable once visa will be issued. Refunds on the ground arrangements portion cannot be given including hotels. Depending on the ticket type we may be able to refund the ticket after cancellation charge has been deducted as per the airlines’ policy. But if the ticket has not yet been issued, then there will be no cancellation charges whatsoever.
For the Umrah trips there is no age restriction but an adult must accompany all children under the age of 18 throughout their blessed Umrah journey. Younger children can go for Umrah through our family Umrah packages, but check the flight booking policies for the minimum age and ticketing policies regarding children of various ages.
Ihram is the sacred stated in which it is obligatory for a Muslim to enter to perform Hajj or Umrah.
One can do the Niyat of Ihram while leaving from home or at the airport or in the plane when the arrival of Miqat is announced.
It takes approximately 2-3 working days to get an Umrah Visa
There are various mobile network operators STC Mobiliy. Sim cards are easily available at mobile and general stores. They require visa copy for the same.

Yes, wheel chair is available in Haram free of cost. There are also battery operated wheel chairs available for rent which are chargeable
